Originally an auto dealership, and then transformed to a Sears department store, The Emerald is full of history. We’ve preserved much of the building structure to showcase the architectural components such as the arched ceiling and trusses, as well as the beautiful Terrazzo flooring. There is beauty at every turn at The Emerald!
